Description gjditchfield 2003-01-23 16:28:47 UTC
Version: 1.5 (using KDE 3.1.0 (RC6))
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-113)
OS: Linux (i586) release 2.4.18-19.7.x

I received several messages in my inbox folder today that looked odd:

- The "standard headers" did not list my address or any mailing list that I subscribe to in the "To:" or "CC:" lines

- I recognized the sender's addresses. Normally they send mail to the gnucash-user or gnucash-devel mailing lists, not directly to me. I have a filter that moves gnucash- mail to a folder, but the filter did not fire in this case. The filter successfully moves many messages every day: it is

    * Match any of the following
      [To] contains "gnucash-"
      [Cc] contains "gnucash-"
    Filter Actions
      [move to folder] [GnuCash]
    Advanced Options
Apply this filter [x] to incoming messages [ ] to sent messages [x] on manual filtering [x] if this filter matches, stop processing here

When I looked at today's odd messages with the "All headers" view, I noticed that they all had two "Cc:" headers, and gnucash-user is in the _second_ "Cc:". Perhaps Kmail's standard header view and filter processor ignore multiple Cc headers?
