SUMMARY
Snap Icon could help users know when its status was on or off by differentiating it 
This is a continuation from  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503552#c2

OBSERVED RESULT
No indication that Snapping is ongoing 

EXPECTED RESULT
Snap icon is enabled because it is a different color
