Snap button placement in the Timeline toolbar.

This is a suggestion pointed towards improving a bit the timeline UX.
The snap icon could be by default visible in the Timeline toolbar.
It could be used by users, not only to toggle their state more quickly, but also as a quick way of checking its state (by just taking a quick look it its icon) prior to perform some dragging operation that could benefit (or be adversely affected) by it.

The space occupied by it is negligible, compared to a tangible benefit in usability.
