SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a 27-inch 4K display, set the display scaling at 150%.
2. Open the System Monitor app.
3. Maximise the app and you will notice that some of the text is garbled.

OBSERVED RESULT
Parts of the UI show garbled/corrupted/oddly rendered.

EXPECTED RESULT
The UI to be displayed cleanly.
