SUMMARY
KDE neon user edition is giving an error during the update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try updating either from the command line or from Discover.
OBSERVED RESULT
Updates haven't been possible for three days.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ensuring updates are performed smoothly
