Since at least yesterday updating KDE neon user edition is no longer possible, since there is a problem on one of the repositories:

E: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-security/main amd64 linux-firmware amd64 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.17 is not (yet) available (500 Internal Server Error [IP: 2620:2d:4000:1::103 80]) 

I know this is technically not a KDE neon issue but rather one at Ubuntus, but since KDE neon can't be updated without this, it is a major issue in the distribution.
