SUMMARY
In System Settings -> Wifi & Internet -> Proxy, if you opened this tab and tried open any other tab or close it it'll give you a prompt to save, discard, or cancel the "unsaved changes" even if you did nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Plasma 6.4.3 on Fedora Linux open System Settings app.
2. Go to "Wifi & Internet", then choose "Proxy" tab.
3. Do nothing to it and then try to go to another tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
It prompts you to apply unsaved settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
No prompt as no changes have been made.

I can reproduce on my Arch when logged in with a user account, but cannot when logged in with another one.
