SUMMARY
the proxy setting dialog asks to save changes when no changes there

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open application menu
2. type "proxy" to search proxy setting
3. open proxy setting
4. close the proxy setting dialog
5. it asks "The current page has unsaved changes. Apply the changes or discard them?", which is not necessary

OBSERVED RESULT
it asks whether to save changes when there are no changes

EXPECTED RESULT
it shouldn't ask whether to save changes when there are no changes

I've encountered this bug in system settings, but for Spell check.

Without making any changes, or even clicking on anything, "The current page has unsaved changes. Apply the changes or discard them?" appears when I click onto another settings category.
