SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over panel icons
2. Move mouse over to different icons on the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip squishes over to the side leaving an empty space that it should be filling

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip appears correctly

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I initially thought it was due to transparency but after checking it isnt.
I am on nvidia with the proprietary rpmfusion drivers (rtx 2060)
