Created attachment 183388 [details] the tooltip not being scaled up properly SUMMARY When you hover an application in the system tray, a tooltip shows up, describing to you what the application is. The problem is that sometimes, that tooltip is not scaled up properly. It's stretched, too small. The problem only appears when you switch between tooltips and when it's not the first time that the concerned tooltip appears. Switching tooltips here means you are hovering an application with it's tooltip shown and then you hover another app which is nearby. For now, i can only confirm those symptoms when hovering the Fedora logo (i'm on fedora) on the bottom-left corner of the screen. The other tooltip seems to work as expected, but i do remember those having issues as well. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Hover the application aside the Fedora / Plasma Logo which is in the bottom-left corner 2. Hover the Fedora / Plasma logo itself. If the tooltip shows up normally, redo step 1 and that step 3. You should see at one point the tooltip not being scaled up properly. OBSERVED RESULT The tooltip is not scaled up properly (See the attachement) EXPECTED RESULT The tooltip is shown and scaled up properly SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 42 KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0 Qt Version: 6.9.1 Kernel Version: 6.15.6-200.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
