Depuis la version 20250705T050146, l'écran scintille continuellement. Chose jamais produit auparavant.

L'écran scintille continuellement que depuis la version digikam du 5 Juillet 2025 05h01.

We don't change anything in digiKam in 8.8.0 since 8.7.0 release.

What exactly is flickering? Is the entire digiKam window flickering?
Or is your entire desktop screen flickering?

C'est tout l'écran qui scintille.
A l'apparition de ce symptôme, j'ai désinstaller la version 8.8 et 
installer la version 8.7, présentait le même symptôme. Je suis alors 
revenue sur la version 8.8.
Tous les autres programmes installer ne présente pas ce symptôme.
J'ai toutefois réinitialiser la carte graphique, A priori cela 
fonctionne de nouveau normalement, pour l'instant ...?
Impossible d'effectuer un copie d'écran, c'est trop rapide. 😳

@Denis,

The digiKam 8.8.0 pre-release Windows installer will be updated from Qt framework 6.8.3 to 6.9.0 in one hour. I removed the NVIDIA drivers from this bundle. The file will be available soon at this place:

https://files.kde.org/digikam/

Please test give us a feedback to see if the dysfunction still reproducible.

Merci pour votre retour.

J'ai installer la version de digikam version 8.7. Malgré cette dernière 
version 8.7 présente les mêmes symptômes sur mes deux ordinateurs. Cela 
se produit uniquement avec digikam

Des textes sont partiellement lisible. La moitié haute des lettre 
visible mais la partie basse est non visible, si l'on passe la souris 
sur ses lettres, cela devient normal (aléatoire)

J'attends que la version 8.8 soit totalement finaliser avant de 
d'installer cette dernière.

Since you are now using the pre-release version of digiKam-8.8.0 (as mentioned in Bug 510040), is this flickering issue still reproducible?
