However, it does if on the left, right, or top. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set panel to bottom edge + "auto hide" or "dodge windows" 2. Move drawing tablet pen to bottom edge OBSERVED RESULT Blue glow as if the taskbar will appear, but it does not. Tapping the blue glow makes it disappear for the duration of the tap, then appearing again when let go. EXPECTED RESULT Panel un-hides.
