SUMMARY
Plasma panels set to the 'autohide' (or 'dodge windows' ) visibility option do not appear when the cursor goes near while using a graphic tablet on Wayland.

I am using a Wacom Cintiq 22 and autohide works as expected with a normal mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a panel's visibility to autohide
2. Use a graphic tablet to hover the cursor near the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel does not appear

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should appear when the cursor is near
