SUMMARY
Right click window decoration or titlebar, select submenus, menu windows flickert


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click window decoration or titlebar
2. Hover over submenus, especially where it has submenu like Destops or more actions
3. Hover inside 2nd menu flicker both menu windows

OBSERVED RESULT
Decoration submenus flickert

EXPECTED RESULT
No flickert
