SUMMARY
"Color" and "Border and Fill" selectors of annotation tool don't work, the selectors just don't open up when clicked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image
2. Click the Annotation tool on the left side below the "Image Operations"
3. Try to change the colors, or border and fill

OBSERVED RESULT
Selectable UI operations on the upper toolbar don't work / open up

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to select color etc.
