SUMMARY
Editing tools in Annotations window can't have their settings changed with the toolbar along the top

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image
2. Click 'Annotate'
3. Try to change the colour, style, or other attributes of any of the annotation tools (rectangle, text, arrow, etc)

OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons don't respond

EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to change settings for desired tool

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 25.04
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
