KWin keys configuration

SUMMARY
On Slovak keyboard number row by default outputs special characters instead of numbers "+ľščťžýáíé".
When setting the keyboard shortcut to move to the specified desktop, it doe not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a keyboard layout which has special characters by default on the num row
2. Set a shortcut to use a key from the num row
3. Try to use it

OBSERVED RESULT
The shortcut is recognized and saved as "Meta+Š" (the letter is big, should probably be small?)
Nothing apart from the "+" (1) works or does anything.

EXPECTED RESULT
Action to which the keyboard shortcut is assigned is executed.

Operating System: Artix Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
Graphics Platform: X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I changed the shortcut for "Switch to Desktop" 1,2 and 3.
See the attached exported configuration.

Seems to be the case.
On X I have US and SK layouts.
It worked fine on Fairyland (Wayland) but broke after I added the US layout, now I hope restart fixes it.
