SUMMARY
When trying to annotate image in gwenview the color picker window doesn't open when trying to change color of pen or highlighter tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open image in gwenview.
2. Select "Annotate" option in Image operations section.
3. Try to change color of pen or highlighter tool.

OBSERVED RESULT
The window to change color of pen or highlighter tool doesn't open, which makes changing the color impossible.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window to change color of pen or highlighter tool should open, allowing users to pick a color.
