SUMMARY

Dragging a file from Dolphin to Desktop with Ctrl+Shift does not create a link; it copies the file instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

    1.Open Dolphin and locate any file

    2.Drag the file to the Desktop

    3.While dragging, hold Ctrl + Shift, then release the mouse

OBSERVED RESULT

The file is copied to the desktop
EXPECTED RESULT

A link (shortcut) to the original file should be created on the desktop

Tested on a clean session.
Drag-and-drop with modifiers works for copy (Ctrl) and move (Shift) correctly.
Only the Ctrl + Shift combination does not behave as expected.

Can reproduce this. Happens when the destination is Dolphin too; moving to KIO.
