SUMMARY
"Wi-Fi & Networking" section requires to "Apply" some settings which haven't been actually changed.
Works under X11 and Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings
2. Search "Wi-Fi & Networking"
3. Select any connection like "Wired connection 1"
4. Go to:
4.1. IPv4 > "Advanced..."
4.2. IPv4 > "Routes..."
4.3. IPv6 > "Routes..."

OBSERVED RESULT
Even going to these settings and Cancelling operation, Settings require to "Apply" changes.
