SUMMARY
"Wi-Fi & Networking" can't fit into minimal window sizes possible.
Works under X11 and Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings
2. Search for "Wi-Fi & Networking"
3. Reduce horizontal sizes of window

OBSERVED RESULT
At the bottom of panel, horizontal scroll bar is shown. Some buttons are stuck at their places at the right.

EXPECTED RESULT
Even with these sizes, "Wi-Fi & Networking" still have space to fit it's settings into the window. Please fix that.
