SUMMARY
Icons in systray look blurry compared to text / font (see screenshot yellow vs red highlights).

Observed behavior: changing height of the panel changes also bluriness of the icons. Some settings (height in pixels) sharped the icons, some make them more blurred.

What scale factor are you using on the screen where you see this? Does it happen at 100% or 200% scale?

Does it happen with with a fresh default panel in a new clean user account?

It seems to have fixed it self after restarting and setting scale to 100%. However I am not sure what it defaults scale to as it seems to be different for different displays (external monitors). I would expect it to be 100%.
