When I resized the panel (enlarged it a little), the icons in the system tray apparently were scaled up and looked blurred (see http://wstaw.org/m/2014/07/08/systray.png ). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Increase the hight of the panel a little 2. Look at the system tray Actual Results: Icons look blurry Expected Results: Icons look sharp Tested in neon5-201407041042.iso
Do you use binary nvidia driver?
(In reply to Martin Klapetek from comment #1) > Do you use binary nvidia driver? No, it used whatever Project Neon 5 uses as default for a modern ATI chip (radeon I suppose)?
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 337288 ***
It's actually not a duplicate, the other bug is about blurry layout switcher, this one is about the other icons, which look blurry after panel resizing. Thomas, do you still get that with the latest neon?
How is it not a duplicate? the only icon in the screenshot that's blurry is the keyboard switcher which is the other bug.
It is not, maybe you cannot spot it, but the *other* icons are indeed blurry. I'm sure Thomas will clarify; after all he wouldn't open two different bugs in succession on the same issue...
any update on this, especially with the new systray icons?
We changed some stuff here recently. Reopen if not fixed
