A reproduction of the bug

SUMMARY
After starting Plasma, clicking on System Tray Widget doesn't open it.
The bugs goes away once the widget is clicked or new icons appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma (logging in or with 'plasmashell --replace');
2. Click on one icon in the system tray.

OBSERVED RESULT
The system tray does not open and the arrow on the right twitches.

EXPECTED RESULT
The system tray opens.
