Description kde 2024-12-31 20:23:47 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Unlock screen via fingerprint or FIDO key

OBSERVED RESULT
An "unlock" button, which needs to be clicked (or dismissed via pressing enter) to return to the desktop

EXPECTED RESULT
Immediate return to the desktop

What I'm seeing is similar / identical to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485520 and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=490547. I don't new if this is a new bug or a regression. In any event, the problem is intermittent - it often occurs, but it often does not, and I can't figure out a pattern.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Sid
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I'm having a lot of unlock bugs (delays before the unlock options appear, black screens, etc.), but I suppose I'll have to report them separately.
