SUMMARY Lock screen isn't unlocked immediately after touching fingerprint reader and instead requires additionally clicking "Unlock" button. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0. Setup fingerprint login with fprintd 1. Lock the screen 2. Login using fingerprint reader OBSERVED RESULT "Unlock" button appears that has to be clicked with mouse or by hitting Enter. EXPECTED RESULT Desktop logins immediately after touch fingerprint reader. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: NixOS 24.11 KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 Kernel Version: 6.6.66-hardened1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650U with Radeon Graphics Memory: 30.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Worked as expected on plasma 5. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484801 is a similar problem but when unlocking with password.
