Option is missing when right-clicking inside the folder.

"Trash settings" being in the Right-Click menu of the trash folder, instead of just being on the "Places" shortcut.

The "Properties" option seems to not have a function on the Trash, perhaps it should be removed?

DolphinContextMenu: Show Configure Trash instead of Properties

The Properties window is mostly useless in Trash.
This also makes it consistent with the Places panel.
