SUMMARY When check a folder properties for the first time, it's like a crash. Dolphin disappears for a moment, loses focus then reappears and the tasks in the panel gets scrambled which you can usually observe in a KDE crash. This problem doesn's exist when one checks a file properties. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Close all Dolphin instances. 2. Open Dolphin. 3. Check a random file's properties. OBSERVED RESULT Dolphin disappears for a moment and the tasks in the panel gets scrambled EXPECTED RESULT It should show folder properties smoothly like when we check a file properties. Interesting, thank you for the video. This might be a bug with task manager.

But Dolphin behaves weird as well - it's disappears like it crashes for a moment. If you try a second time to check a folders properties without closing Dolphin, there's no problem.
