I request that "Trashed: Newest to oldest" and "Trashed: Oldest to newest" options get added to the "Sort by:" settings when the user Right-Clicks in the Trash folder. Useful for when you're dealing with photoshoots/video stills (or any files created at a very close time), some got trashed in process of elimination, but then the user mistakenly trashed the remaining pictures all at once. It would be very easy to restore the correct photos because they are the last/first files.
It seems like it wouldn't be very difficult to add that to the menu, since Dolphin already has the data (there's a column Deletion Time)
This is IMO fixed in the upcoming Dolphin version 24.12. There the Trash context menu contains the full standard "Sort By" menu, which also contains the option to sort by "Deletion time" both in a ascending or descending order.
Created attachment 176586 [details] "Deletion time" sorting option is missing. It's lacking the "Deletion time".
And besides the commit has nothing relating to this request.
Resetting the version field I tested with Dolphin built from git-master. The option is indeed present. I see it under Sort By > Other > Deletion Time If you don't see that option under Other, feel free to reopen this and please provide another screen shot. Thanks.
