Wayland works fine

SUMMARY
Meta+Alt doesn't allows to scroll through virtual desktops of DE on X11, but scroll works fine under Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Virtual Desktops Through Meta+W or in Settings.
2. Press Alt+Meta and Scroll mouse wheel.

OBSERVED RESULT
Desctop scroll doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
I want it to work as it works under Wayland

Is there any indication this is a KWin bug, reports_go_brrr?
