STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Make your font bigger 2. Rename any desktop icon to some long text so it word-wraps 3. Get your mouse on desktop icon from bottom of icon (As shown in video) 4. Cannot reproduce in git master. Seems related to Bug 492668, which also reports renaming weirdness in Plasma 6.1.4 on TuxedoOS specifically. Would be great if you can check again with Plasma 6.2 once you get that version.
In fact this should be fixed in 6.2 with some icon and label changes that were merged recently.
