SUMMARY
After I copied config files from 5.27.11 to 6.1.3, the touchpad panel is empty.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Fedora 40 with KDE
2. Check touchpad config - fine
3. Copy .config directory from a setup with Fedora 39
4. Observe empty touchpad panel in system settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings -> Mouse and Touchpad -> mouse panel is fine, screen edges panel is fine, touchpad panel is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
Touchpad settings available.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40
