SUMMARY
When Meta is pressed while in Overview or Desktop Cube, the Application Launcher comes up. Quick tiling also works using Meta + arrow keys.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
This is only for one variation of this bug. The same happen in Overview.
1. Create at least 3 virtual desktops, and enable the Desktop Cube effect
2. Press Meta + C to activate the Cube
3. Press Meta or Meta + arrow key if you have an open application window

OBSERVED RESULT
Application Launcher comes up while still in the Desktop Cube effect, and open application window can be tiled.

EXPECTED RESULT
The above don't happen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is when using the live environment of Neon, I'm not sure whether that could affect the behavior though. I don't have a spare hard drive to test it fully installed.

This behavior is being discussed in #481501. Right now, it's intentional.
