SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change a icon position on a taskbar manager.

OBSERVED RESULT
Instead of keeping a selection it sometimes changes to an icon that you hoover over.

EXPECTED RESULT
Selection does not change to a different icon.
