It would be nice if kmail had the abilty to customize the print template. For example... easy find your e-mails on a network printer by user identity or if I just want to add some string in my printed mails...

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
