Video demonstration of the bug

SUMMARY
After dragging a pinned program a few spots in the task manager, the program suddenly jumps back to where it started at, and another program is picked up. Cursor stays the same.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Pin programs.
Rearrange them some spots over.

OBSERVED RESULT
Current dragged program suddenly changes to a different one. Mouse cursor stays as the initially picked up program. Sometimes the wrong program gets picked.

EXPECTED RESULT
The program you have your mouse over initially gets picked up, and stays as that until you let go of the mouse button.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux version: 6.9.4-arch1-1 on EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1
Running on Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attached a video in which I try to rearrange the programs into the order of firefox -> system monitor -> konsole -> dolphin. obs is not pinned.

More info: 1080p display, another panel on the left side of the screen which does not autohide (task manager panel does autohide). Setting the task manager panel to be on the right side of the screen, opposite of the other panel does not change the behaviour.

Happens on my other pc too, which has more programs pinned.
