These issues were fixed recently. 

At this point, a few questions come to mind:

1. are there still crash/critical/major bugs reported by users that should be fixed in this version ?
2. are there still open merge requests (https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/merge_requests) or features (e.g. patches in the bug tracker) that should be included in this version? 
3. Is something else required for making this release ?

Something must have gone wrong with the version number of the file.

The translator team offers as an option:

Unless there are important reasons not to, this is the plan.  

The page also says 

> Before a release, you'll need to give translators a notification about the upcoming new version. Then write an email to the translators about a month before the release

Since there are currently still a few necessary adjustments to the UI regarding reports, this is planned for the beginning of January 2025.

The current status of the translations will be available at https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/package/kmymoney/ once the certificate problem reported on https://phabricator.kde.org/T17832 has been resolved.

The completed translations of the handbook for the Central European languages are currently less than 50%.

The version 5.1.95 of kmymoney (5.2-rc5) has been released at https://download.kde.org/unstable/kmymoney/5.1.95/

Isn't this one outdated and can be closed as such?
