zoom-box ouside borders

Operating System: Fedora Linux 40
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1
Kernel Version: 6.8.12-300.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
Memory: 58,6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon 780M
Manufacturer: LENOVO
System Version: ThinkPad P14s Gen 4

I have the laptop screen configured to 125% scale, the 4K screen to 100%

I'm using icons-only taskmanager: if you try to move the pinned icons into another order, the mouse hovering on icon-A picks icon-B instead. This results in a horrible mess (order of icons) because you cannot properly put them into the position you want.
The same happens in gwenview: if you zoom high enough (see image) then the zoom-box is outside of the picture-borders, and moving the white-outlined zoom-box with the mouse becomes difficult (heavily dependent on the image you are viewing)

Put all screens bac to 100% and all is fine again
