Error when attempting to launch KDiff3 version 1.11.1 under Windows 10.

SUMMARY
Version 1.11.1 appears to be broken on Windows using this installer found at https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/kdiff3-1.11.1-windows-x86_64.exe.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean install using the above installer (Uninstall existing version; reboot Windows; check if any remaining files are in C:\Program Files\KDiff3 and remove them; run installer)
2. Open KDiff3.

OBSERVED RESULT
An error is shown (see the attached screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
KDiff3 should start without any errors.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4412)

KDiff3 version 1.11.0 does not have this issue.

Same error and behavior within Git Extension (v4.2.1). I have installed kdiff3 version 1.11.1.
I can't compare and diff files after installing kdiff3 v1.11.1. It throw error and failed to launch.

This should be fixed now with 1.11.2

The issue is fixed. I confirm it with Windows 11 + Git Extension v4.2.1.
