STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Have a Dolphin window maximized. NOTE: Dolphin is used as an example, the issue is reproducible with other apps as well.
2. Quit Dolphin.
3. Restart Dolphin. Window should appear in maximized state from the start.
4. Grab Dolphin window by the header and move it. This unmaximizes the window. First bug here is that window is attached to the cursor at the top left corner of the window, instead of the place where you actually grabbed the window.
5. Try to resize the window by the top left corner. Second bug here is that instead of resizing, the window jumps to an unexpected position, and shrinks to a tiny size.

See attached video.
