The actual situation

SUMMARY
The application Launcher (kickoff) is centered on itself and not centered on the panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Use openSUSE leap 15.5
2) add kde semi official repository
3) use plasma 6

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.5
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 5.14.21-150500.55.59-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1) English is not my native language so I am sorry if I made same mistakes
2) Today with the latest update some other bugs have been fixed so thanks for the hard work

This appears to be fixed for Plasma 6.3.0.

Plasma 6.3.0, Frameworks 6.10.0, Qt 6.8.2, kernel 6.13.2-arch1-1. No changes to expanded menu. It is still centered over the widget, but not the screen, when the widget is not at the edge of the bar.

That is a different issue. The title of this one is "***Widgets' panel pop-ups are aligned to panel edge*** when they could be centered on the screen." In this case there is no panel edge to align to, so it's a subtly different use case, like I said earlier today, please open a new bug report.
