SUMMARY

The previously working drag and drop of apps in left panel where the favourites are, stopped working.
Now app icons cannot be rearranged anymore.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Application Dashboard as apps launcher
2. Open Application Dashboard
3. Try to move, with drag-and-drop, any icon present in the Favorites list

OBSERVED RESULT
Move doesn't work. Instead the app is started.

EXPECTED RESULT
Left click and hold to move the app icon for rearranging, to always work as expected.
