SUMMARY

When you boot into KDE Plasma 6 for the first time, or you manually restart plasmashell, you will see NetworkManager has a horizontal scrollbar, which doesn't exist before.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run plasmashell --replace
2. Click network icon in system tray, to open NetworkManager applet
3. See if you find the horizontal scrollbar

OBSERVED RESULT
Here is horizontal scrollbar. See attachment

Here shouldn't be
