SUMMARY
Widgets dont have consistent behavior when switching between the docked and floating panel, and often move to the wrong place.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bring up a widget
2. Move a window close to the panel by using the Meta + drag shortcut or by pinning the widget before and moving a window.

OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets are disjointed from the panel when switching to and from the floating panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets neatly follow movement of panel.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux 6.7.8-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using Wayland.
The only widget that consistently switches smoothly is the Audio widget in the system tray.
