SUMMARY When I wake the computer from sleep, kmail EWS (O365) does not wake up and remains offline. Clicking `Update Folder/Update Folder and all its Subcontents` will start showing Kmail doing stuff. But then the program will crash. In order for EWS service to go back online, I either need to login again manually or restart app NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Put computer into sleep 2. Leave it for 10 min - 30 min 3. Leave kmail open in tray 4. Wake computer from sleep 5. open kmail from tray 6. right click `Update Folder/Update Folder and all its Subcontents` 7. EWS mailbox stays offline 8. Click settings --> configure kmail --> recieving --> modify --> EWS settings `reconnect` 9. Sometimes a crash will happen OBSERVED RESULT Program will crash and then restart However, once program goes `offline` it is impossible to get it to go online without reauthenticating or restarting kmail EXPECTED RESULT EWS mailbox reauthenticates automatically and goes online Linux/KDE Plasma: Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.2 Kernel Version: 6.7.9-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × Intel® Core™ i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz Memory: 23.3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: 81Y6 System Version: Lenovo Legion 5 15IMH05H (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am unable to add a backtrace as I run out of memory on my root partition when running `sudo coredumpctl gdb`. I haven't figured out how to pass that to a different directory.
