It seemed solved, and instead back again: reboot/logout from menu no more working

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After login try to log-out, or reboot, or shut-down from desktop menu
2. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT

If I click on log-out, or reboot, or shutdown (on KDE menu), nothing happens.
Only sleep works.

EXPECTED RESULT

Clicking on log-out I should close a session, clicking reboot the PC should reboot.

I noticed that as other user I can use logout and the other power buttons. I will try this way to fix the problem.

Fixed: create a new main user and transferred to it the main settings.

To be honest: this bug is not entirely solved (it remain if you are running espanso). I reported it here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=483457
