Created attachment 166319 [details] screenshot of the problem SUMMARY I'm filing this against Breeze because this is probably an issue with the SVG icons, but I've only seen the issue in Dolphin, and it might be a result of how Dolphin renders the icon. This is perhaps related to Bug 478016, but that bug points out issues when *highlighting* folder icons, whereas this bug is pointing out that color issues are apparent for certain icons in all conditions. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set your icons to Breeze icons. Set a color theme other than Breeze, and set your accent color to follow your color theme. 2. Open Dolphin. Go to the properties for a folder, and set the icon to Breeze's folder-design icon. Set another folder's icon to Breeze's folder-development icon. 3. Look at the resulting icons in Dolphin, in thumbnail view, with no icons focused or selected. OBSERVED RESULT folder-development follows my accent color, folder-design does not follow my accent color - it uses the default Breeze accent color instead. Strangely, the built in preview for the icon in the Dolphin properties window shows an icon that *does* follow the accent color. This seems consistent across icons that I see issues with - the preview always looks right. folder-chart is also broken, as well as probably others - I don't have an exhaustive list. EXPECTED RESULT All folder icons follow the accent color. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.2 Kernel Version: 6.7.6-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland
Ugh, I forgot to change the product after I decided to file this against Breeze. Apologies for the noise.
