Can reproduce.
Actually I see a larger problem. The 64px and larger icon sizes for *many* icons don't respect the color scheme in the same way as their smaller versions do. The problem is quite visible when the icons are viewed in Icon Explorer (formerly Cuttlefish).
Created attachment 164391 [details] screenshot2 Also note that, as shown by screenshot2, at certain size, folder icons seem to resolve to either symbolic versions or not. And the folder-desktop icon resolves to the smallest 16px version. While as shown by the screenshot3, it resolves to the 22px version at a smaller size, so that's weird.

Created attachment 168614 [details] The las icon not fix on small size (library-music) Warning, there is a last icon not fixed at the two lowest icon sizes : "library-music" (to not confuse with "folder-music").
That's a different issue, whereby the icon simply doesn't have small monochrome versions available. Please open a new bug report for it.
