STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular and set it to fit screen
2. In File Explorer Double-click on a PDF to open it in Okular

OBSERVED RESULT

Okular window moved to have the top-left corner at around 1/3 of the screen both vertically and horinzomtally

EXPECTED RESULT

Okular window does not move and stays full screen as defined before
