OBSERVED RESULT Authentication dialog is (partly) not localized EXPECTED RESULT Authentication dialog is fully displayed in my locale. I don't see any unlocalized strings in the code; are you sure it's not just the case that some strings aren't translated yet?
It was tested with different languages and the translations of Plasma bits for Italian are almost complete (missing plasma-welcome and kcm_firewall, which are not part of this). Paolo, can you please attach a screenshot of the affected dialog?

https://invent.kde.org/plasma/polkit-kde-agent-1/-/merge_requests/38 fixes extracting the translations, so this should be fixed (as soon as the new strings are actually translated by translators)
